- Lead and oversee daily operations across all functions in Operation departments to ensure seamless functioning.
- Understand well on the leasing/ Hire purchase operation process
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Manage operational staff to cultivate a positive and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effectiveness within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5 years experiences in operations management, business development, and sales leadership.
- Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
- Background Experience in asset, leasing or selling products will be advantageous.
- Willing to grow and setting up the company and experience to work with mul-titional cultures.
- License insurance is the preferred
