Litigation Supervisor/Asst. Manager

• Responsibility

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing and handling litigation cases
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Law or any related field.
• Experience in Banking business or Financial institutions is preferable.   
• English is the must.

• Qualifications

• To handle and cooperate with lawyers for payment from the customer on past overdue payment, monitors and follow up by phone and field collector.
• To handle debt collection and ensure the credit control is aligned with the policy.
• To act and work with the customer overdue in legal process or legal execution
• To repossess our asset/property from the customer and asset investigation in part of legal execution.
• Examine and conduct analysis of newly enacted or update or revision of law and regulation which impact leasing operation.
• Ad- hoc project assigned by the Management.
