Operation Manager

• Responsibility

• Lead and oversee daily operations across all functions in Operation departments to ensure seamless functioning.
• Understand well on the leasing/ Hire purchase operation process
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Manage operational staff to cultivate a positive and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure effectiveness within the organization.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 5 years experiences in operations management, business development, and sales leadership.
• Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
• Background Experience in asset, leasing or selling products will be advantageous.
• Willing to grow and setting up the company and experience to work with mul-titional cultures.
• License insurance is the preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
